In layman's term, SEO means aligning your content to the factors of search engines. An SEO Associate job is to make sure that the company's information show up on top of the ranking for search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Content (writeups) is the foundation of SEO, and this is more than just selling, this is making sure that your content provide answers to people.
Perform a lot of research about different types of products and services
Will do a lot of upfront learning about SEO and marketing
Will do a lot of planning
Will do content writing and copywriting for marketing purposes
Will need to interact to some complex technical processes (for publishing of contents on different websites)
Must have a thirst for knowledge (position requires a lot of upfront learning)
Must have excellent command in English
Must be able to write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
Highly creative and imaginative with keen eye on details
Must be strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems
Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different tasks

Must have the ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution

Starting rate is $2 per hour, and salary increases every time you complete a level of training
Bonuses are paid for above average performance and can range from 5% to 50% of your hourly fee
