Starting is $2 USD per hour. If you are able to quickly learn and grow, then the base salary will increase in proportion to your learning and growth.

If you get hired, you will be under probation for 90 days. The first three weeks will be culture and foundation training. Each time you complete a course will do real life practices and you are expected to demonstrate all your learnings.

There are time frames and metrics for each training and task. The time frame for the tasks would be limited and you will be expected to go out of your comfort zone in order to meet the expectations.

The tasks will include posting ads, contacting candidates in Egypt screening, interviewing, and evaluating their qualifications. You are also expected to perform administrative tasks for creating reports and debugging the HR processes that aren't working

Requirements

Computer and internet savvy is a MUST
Excellent work ethic, dedicated, committed and smart
Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs
Willing to learn/work in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8PM 5AM Philippine time)
Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer (and backup)
Must be residing in the Philippines.
